HOW IT WORKS

 

STEP 1: BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

KAY-JEN operates by appointment, so please get in touch to organize a consultation or fitting.

 

Appointments are obligation-free, so we’ll love to host you, regardless if you’ll be putting an order in with us at this point.

STEP 2: CONSULTATION 

A unique fit is created based on your body measurements as well as measurements from sample suits.

 

Aesthetic aspects such as fabrics, design, and style are thoroughly discussed. The client is closely guided by Matthew throughout this process.

STEP 3: FITTING

The second meeting is scheduled for 2-3 weeks later.

 

During the second meeting, a primary fitting is conducted on the garment ordered. Alterations are made and the fit is updated for future orders.

STEP 4: COLLECTION

After around 4-6 weeks later, the complete suit is made. If no other alterations are needed, the client may collect his suit.

 

Any further alterations will be addressed.
